Sarah’s spirit work sessions for healing are mediumistic in nature and heavily based in in the tradition of the Völvas of the Ancient Norse Mystery Traditions.  This entails using sound (song, drums or rattles) to enter an altered state of consciousness to seek healings or answers from Helping Spirits that she has established relationships with.
